The slabs of limestone that lie atop the cliffs above the Death Canyon Shelf have flowers growing in every niche during the brief days of summer. Most of the flowers at this altitude hug the ground, seeking out every bit of protection possible from the scouring wind.
Beautiful rock, beautiful flowers, and a fantastic day in the high country of Wyoming.
