There are a countless number of waterfalls and cascades tumbling down from the mountains around the Middle Prong of the Little River watershed. The one at the top is just a short distance above the trailhead, and is unique in the way that it seems to tumble down along the top of the high rocky ledge, rather than taking the low route on the west side of the cascade. The bottom photo shows one of many cascades above the Panther Creek confluence with the Lynn Camp Prong. |
