We head out, crossing through the huge meadows that lie along the drainage of Rescue Creek. In the top photo, the Washburn Range rises against the skyline to the south, beyond Blacktail Plateau. In the bottom photo, Annie and Tom turn to take one last look at Rescue Creek before heading out to civilization. The campsite sits at the base of the timbered ridge on the left side of the photo, with a few colorful aspens right in front of the site.
